Dear Xander:OMG! Oh my god! So. Sorry! I was off-campus with my friend's family, the girl I was telling you about? They didn't have regular wireless, and we're not allowed to get caught casting cast spells off-campus, so I was completely out of touch.

Okay, I've got nothing on vampiric poisons in the library here. The vampires over here are different from ours anyway, and I couldn't hack the protection spells on don't have access to the really arcane books that might have cross-dimensional info.

What I can tell you is to check out Diagon Alley, if you can - it's a market street in London where the experts tend to set up shop, and if you're looking for any kind of esoteric ingredient that might help with your cure, that's the place to go.

I've attached a map [diagonalley.jpg] -- you're looking for the entrance to the Leaky Cauldron, in Charing Cross Road. The Alley's sort of sideways from the regular world anyway, so it should be accessible from most dimensions; the trick is being able to see your way in. If you've got a witch or somebody with magical sight, they're your best bet at it, but sometimes people do just get lucky, if they're meant to.

I wish I could be there, but I'm kind of confined to campus because I got caught trying to hack the protection spells stuck in exams again and they won't let me take a leave to go up to London. Grrrrr.
