Xander woke slowly, to the sound of the dorm room door closing. He wasn't quite coherent enough to shudder, even reflexively, at the thought that Angelus -- he assumed -- had been in the room without his knowing it, but was shuddering on the inside. Really.
Rubbing his hands through his hair in some attempt at un-mussing it, he got up, shrugged into a clean t-shirt (it read "Keep talking; I like watching your lips move"), considered and discarded the idea of a shower in favor of actual food that didn't come in a Hostess wrapper, since he kind of missed dinner last night, and headed for the cafeteria.
The halls were oddly quiet as he moved through the school, even for a Saturday.
