Subject: Scavenger Hunt

Hey guys - I figured maybe we didn't want to chat in class about it and risk people overhearing and maybe beating us to wherever we think the stuff is hiding, so I thought I'd start an e-mail we can do reply-to-all on to plot-n-plan.

I've got a pretty good idea what #2 is, and where I can get it, and I think maybe I grab us a #3 #4 in Journalism. Uh, possibly a dead #3 #4, given the way Spider's cat tends to play with them.

Anybody else got thoughts?

Okay - that makes more sense then - I was actually thinking that #3 is referring to that Han kid? One instrument playing is called a 'solo' and I think that's his last name - I mean either him or some Solo-brand paper plates or something.

And when I figured out #10, I totally did not just sit here singing If you like Pina Coladas/ and getting caught in the rain/ If you're not into yoga/ If you have half a brain/ If you like making love at midnight... Uh right, anyway - we could probably find that at Spike's Bar, but I guess we have to take a picture - I'm not old enough to buy one.

Thank ye, Lane. Now I be hummin' that all day, too. Number 9 be the Cranberries (what? they be havin' a catchy beat. A pirate can't be listenin' t'shanties all day.). We can probably find them at the Emporium.

Did you mean #8 is the Cranberries? I kicked myself for not figuring that one out sooner! I've still got nothing on 5 or 6. Then how do we want to go about collecting the items?

Yeah, number 8 (numbers be not me strong suit.).

Number 5 (A Halloween favorite from some guy and his Crypt Kickers.) be Monster Mash, but I be havin' no idea where we could be findin' that around.

And number 6 ('The Police' will send you a note that will float if you listen to them.) be havin' me completely stumped.

Okay, so Xander's already got 2 and 4. They're serving mashed potatoes at Luke's Diner tonight - maybe that would count for #5? If so, I'm working there anyway, and I can get that for us. I can jump on the cranberries while I'm uptown, too. Barbossa, can you get the clinic and Spike's?

I grabbed up a frog {ooc - or at least I hope I did, because I was stoopid and commented asking Spider's permission when mun was going to be away and not able to answer - assume that if Spider didn't say yes, Xander found one of the millions apparently hopping around campus} (and now he has his own little plastic house!) in Journalism, and bought some salsa at the Emporium. Didn't get back in time to read about the cranberries - somebody else want to find those?
