Xander Harris, transfer from Sunnydale High School to fandomhigh.


Age: 19. Grade: ZOMG high school graduate. Class of 2006, which is gonna make so much sense on my transcripts when I get back home to Season 5 2000. Almost Class of 1999, except they shut down Sunnydale High just before graduation and shipped us all off to new ones to avoid Act of Snake. That's how I ended up in Fandom, re-playing my senior year.

You know what? Wouldn't give it back if you paid me. Well, maybe I'd give my first roommate back, but not the rest.

So...now I'm a camp counselor. Because me molding impressionable young minds totally makes sense. Fear me; I can assign detention, yo.

Player Reality Issues:

I am Teh Slooooow at replying to tags on a good day. It is not you. I have concentration issues out the wazoo.

I also tend not to post 'come interact with me' posts (and only rarely jump into other people's) because a) I'm desperately afraid that even if I have time to RP right then, I'll have to disappear and will leave people hanging, and b) the concentration issues thing means I really have to have a block of time open to focus on nothing else but that scene, since open settings like that are a free-for-all in terms of how many characters I'm interacting with at the same time. If you want/need Xander in a specific post (or to start one), I'm happy to play if I'm available -- just drop me an OOC comment or e-mail and we'll figure it out. If I do make an open door or alcove or whatever post, though? You're welcome - it means I do have time and would love company.

In general, if there's a post you need me to respond to or a plot you'd like me to play in, I'm all for trying to make that work, but please drop me an e-mail or a comment on my voicemail post and get confirmation that I'm around and can play, vs. just posting and hoping I'll see it. I don't want to leave your character stuck in a post waiting for me, that I don't see or can't respond to until it's outdated.

Also, please feel free to come to me OOC with any problems you might have with my rp-ing, in or out of character. I'll be glad to fix whatever I can and work to find solutions to things, but only if I know there's a problem in the first place!

Timezone and availability:

Timezone=Eastern.

MWF: Before 7-ish, may only be available via e-mail/LJ comments, and sporadically, due to that thing most people do on weekdays for money. No, not that thing. I said most people. It can zoom from 'nothing on my plate' to 'barely has a chance to check e-mail' at a moment's notice. Sometimes I have AIM access, sometimes I don't, so if you don't see me, drop me an e-mail. After 7-ish, I'm home and usually on AIM, though again, if you need me and don't see me, send me an e-mail.

TT: Before 7-ish, same as MWF. After 7-ish, I may or may not be available at all, since I'm on dial-up and those are technically my roomie's online nights. I frequently am on, but it can't be counted on, so if you've got something planned for T/T that involves Xander, please contact me first.

Weekend: Online pretty much all weekend, if I'm home and awake.
